About Kerri Sigler
Kerri Sigler ("Sigler") has over a decade of experience representing all manner of clients from criminal defendants to home buyers. Licensed in 2009, Sigler has practiced all over the state of North Carolina. She opened her own firm in 2017 to offer affordable, high-quality criminal defense representation. She expanded the practice in 2021 to include residential real estate closings.
Sigler is the founder of Winston Salem's Drug Treatment Court, which offers probation with a purpose to those caught in the cycle of addiction and criminal justice in Forsyth County. Sigler also founded the 501(c)(3) non-profit Phoenix Rising of Winston Salem, Inc. whose primary purpose is to fund Drug Treatment Court's operations and to raise awareness about addiction and treatment.
Sigler is the mother of an adopted, special-needs son who is utterly fabulous in every way, as well as 3 ridiculous dogs. From 2018-2020, she fostered over 50 dogs for various local dog rescue organizations. In a past life, Sigler volunteered with the American Red Cross following Hurricane Katrina in Louisiana where she ran shelters for displaced hurricane victims, and travelled three times to Honduras with Habitat for Humanity to build houses in the hills and along the coast. Sigler is an avid reader, Yankees / Steelers / Tar Heels fan, and lover of chocolate ice cream. She is a proud graduate of Elon University and Elon University School of Law.
